Monster Hydro Zero Sugar is an energy drink with caffeine and vitamins. This is a drink that according to the manufacturer for training to replenish fluids but also to improve performance and concentration. The taste is ok and it is very convenient to take with you to the workout as carbonated drinks often cause belching during the workout. We can recommend this before, during and after the workout as a replacement for the water bottle.
